How to Login to the Academy Website

  1. Go to the Academy website's Home Page.
  2. Enter your user name in the User Login block in the right side bar. User name is not case sensitive. (You will receive your user name and password by email)
  3. Enter your password. Please change the system-defined password after your first login. Please note that the password IS case sensitive. We recommend that you use only lower case.
  4. You are now logged in to the World Academy of Art and Science website. 

How to Change the Common Password

  1. Click on My Account in the left side bar to go to your User Account.
  2. Click on the Edit tab at the top next to the View tab.
  3. You will see a form with your Account Information.
  4. Please change your system-defined password in this page and save your changes by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the page. 

How to Update your Profile Information to the Directory

  1. Click on My Account in the left side bar to go to your User Account.
  2. Click on the Edit tab at the top next to the View tab.
  3. You will see a form with your Account Information.
  4. Click on the Member Information tab beside the Account setting tab to edit the rest of your profile.
  5. Please fill in all the fields with missing entries to make sure your profile is up to date.
  6. Finally click on the submit button. Your updated profile is displayed to you.

How to Access the Directory

You have to be logged in to the site to access the Member's Directory. Click on the link DIRECTORY from the left side bar. On the Directory Page you can Choose your view of the Members' Directory. Eg. Listing by Specialisation, Areas of Interest, Listing by Communication Details. The link Complete Directory downloads the full directory in a pdf file.
In each listing,
  1. You can search for Fellows by multiple categories.
  2. You can click on any Fellow's name to view his full profile information.
  3. You can edit your own profile entry.

How to Donate to the Academy

  1. You can use the Donate button which appears on every page on the left side bar, below the search box. You can donate even if you are not logged in to the website.
  2. Click on the Donate button. It takes you to a PayPal secured World Academy page.
  3. Enter the donation amount and click on Update Total. (This is mandatory-you cannot skip this step)
  4. Next, if you have a PayPal account, login using your PayPal username and password ( you can see the box titled LOG IN TO PAYPAL) and proceed.
  5. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card or bank account .You can find this option under the heading "Don't have a PayPal account?"
